Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, installing, creating an account for, or using Hoşkin, you accept these terms. You may use the service only if you meet the age and legal-eligibility rules that apply where you live.
Accounts and limited license
You may begin as a guest or create an account through a supported identity provider. You are responsible for account security and accurate profile information. While you follow these terms, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Online and fair play
In online rooms, the server is authoritative for dealing, hidden hands, legal actions, bidding, trick winners, scoring, and game completion. Bots, automation, cheating, memory modification, traffic manipulation, exploit abuse, harassment, and inappropriate content are prohibited.
Digital content and stores
The app may offer cosmetic content, optional ads, or in-app purchases. They are not physical property or redeemable cash value and should not create an advantage in game outcomes. Apple or Google payment and refund rules apply to transactions made through their stores.
User content and reports
You are responsible for content you share, including a display name, profile image, and support messages. Do not submit unlawful, rights-infringing, or community-harming content. Report misconduct or security concerns to [email protected].
Availability and updates
Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security, networks, store policies, or third-party services may cause interruptions. A current app version may be required for security and game integrity.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited temporarily or permanently when these terms, the law, store rules, or fair-play principles are violated. You may request account deletion through supported app settings or the support channel.
Intellectual property, liability, and contact
The Hoşkin name, software, visuals, and content belong to their respective rights holders. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the service is provided as available and liability for indirect loss is excluded; non-waivable consumer rights remain. Contact [email protected] with questions.
